Honeycombed dehumidifiers
1. air bubbles, crazes, chaps, flow marks and inefficient tran***rence are caused by the material which is not completely dried before molding. Engineering plastics, such as PA, PBT, PET, NYLON, etc, contain much humidity and can not be dried completely by hopper dries.
2. Drying air of which the dew point is under 40 centigrade can take away the humidity in the material and reduce the humidity to 0.02%.
3. A honeycle dehumidifier provides a closed recycling system to dehumidify the air and then to dehumidify the plastic material. Air bubbles, crazes, chaps, flow marks and inefficient tran***rence are caused by the material which is not completely dried before molding. Engineering plastics, such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, NYLON, etc. contain much humidity and not be dry completely by hopper dryers.
Working with a hopper dryer, the dehumidifier is used to dehumidify engineering plastics which contain moisture, such as PA, PC, PBT,PET, etc.
